The basic principle of ultrasonic power supply and the composition of prototype system. Aiming at the characteristics of the ultrasonic power supply, such as fast response and high precision, the control method of the ultrasonic power supply is studied. A frequency tracking control method based on TI TMS520LF2407 DSP is adopted. The ultrasonic power supply based on this control method is developed. The output frequency range of the system is wide, the adaptability to load is strong, and the working reliability is high.
With the increasingly in-depth application of ultrasonic technology in many industrial fields, such as cleaning, welding, grinding, etc., the demand for a new generation of ultrasonic power supply in the power market is becoming increasingly urgent. Based on the analysis of traditional power ultrasonic power supply, this paper combines digital frequency direct synthesis (DDS) technology, phase-shift pulse width modulation (PS-PWM) technology, and the soft switching technology of series resonant full bridge inverter, An ultrasonic generator power supply based on DSP chip TM320DSP2812 is designed. The main research contents of this paper include: In the inverter module, the full bridge inverter circuit with IGBT as the switching device is designed, and the corresponding drive circuit is designed. In the matching circuit module, based on the analysis of the traditional matching circuit, this paper adopts an improved matching circuit, which successfully meets the requirements of the ultrasonic power supply for the inductive matching and impedance transformation of the matching circuit. In terms of power regulation, through the analysis and comparison of several representative power regulation modes, PS-PWM power regulation is finally selected as the power regulation scheme of this design, which has the advantages of continuous stepless power regulation without external power regulation circuit, and combining this scheme with the soft switching circuit, the switching loss is effectively reduced. In the aspect of frequency tracking, the PI-DDS frequency tracking control method is proposed in view of the shortcomings of the traditional phase-locked technology. This scheme uses the rapidity of the digital PI controller and the accuracy of the DDS technology to successfully achieve the rapidity and accuracy of the frequency tracking of the ultrasonic power supply, and ensures that the power supply always works at the resonant frequency. In addition, this paper also designs three protection circuits of the ultrasonic power supply: over-current protection, over-voltage protection and temperature protection, which provide a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of the power supply.
