In general, the load of ultrasonic cleaning is a transducer array composed of multiple sandwich transducers. After cementation, the frequency is distributed within a certain range. At present, the industry usually adopts two methods. One is to use the "frequency tracking" technology to find a working point and work near the working point according to a certain algorithm (many times based on the output power). One is to use frequency sweeping technology to specify a bandwidth, and the frequency modulated signal scans back and forth within the bandwidth of the transducer array.
