Ultrasonic cleaning vibrator needs to convert electrical energy into ultrasonic mechanical energy. There are many ultrasonic signal generator circuits, including self-excited oscillator, separately excited oscillator, self tracking, phase-locked loop oscillator circuit, etc. The working principle of the ultrasonic self-excited oscillation circuit is that after AC220V bridge rectifier and capacitor filter, the DC excitation voltage of about 300V is obtained to drive the ultrasonic transducer, and the ultrasonic transducer generates vibration frequency for cleaning industrial workpieces.
