The third generation frequency modulation technology is quoted: in the control circuit of ultrasonic work, the third generation frequency modulation control circuit is developed by referring to the international advanced ultrasonic technology through repeated experiments and screening, and the second and third harmonics are properly added to the circuit, so that the working state of the ultrasonic vibrator is more stable and the line fault rate is greatly reduced;

Automatic tracking and frequency locking: During the working process of the vibrating head, the frequency of the driving signal and the resonant frequency of the vibrating head will inevitably drift due to many factors such as ambient temperature, aging of components, and working time of the vibrating head. At the same time, the parameters of each vibrating head (working frequency, distributed capacitance, etc.) have a certain error range. The change of these parameters will cause the frequency of the driving signal to be inconsistent with the resonant frequency of the vibrating head. Although the initial use has no obvious impact on the cleaning effect, long-term use will inevitably have a great impact on the life of the vibrating head and the working state of the whole machine. In view of this situation, our company has designed a circuit to automatically track and lock the frequency, tracking the working signal every 30s, so that each group of vibrators can work at the resonance point;

Micro motion rate soft start function: when starting up, push the line to gradually increase the ultrasonic signal from a very low amplitude state to a normal working state, which can avoid the impact of the shock current (the impact current is 4-5 times of the working current) on the vibrating head, thus extending the working life of the vibrating head;
10. Modular design: considering the working environment and maintainability of the ultrasonic cleaner, we encapsulate some lines of the ultrasonic generator with epoxy resin, which can avoid the corrosion of components in harsh environments (such as high temperature, dust, acid gas). At the same time, it can be quickly repaired to reduce the impact of maintenance on customers;
11. A variety of new technologies have been put into use: many new technologies have been applied in the design of the machine (such as field effect transistor replacing high-power triode, loop magnetic coil replacing magnetic core coil, etc.), which has greatly improved the performance stability of the whole machine. The cleaning capacity can be increased by more than 20%.
