The comparison of ultrasonic power supply schemes, main circuit topology, frequency tracking control, power stability control, driving and protection circuits, and experimental results are arranged in six parts:
(1) In the comparison section of ultrasonic power supply schemes, the rectification unit scheme, inverter circuit topology scheme, and power control scheme were analyzed, and uncontrolled rectification, series resonance inverter circuit, and uncontrolled rectification chopping power regulation control scheme were selected respectively.
(2) In the design of the inverter control system, UC3875 is used to adjust the dead band width in real-time, and an integrated phase-locked loop CD4046 is used for load frequency tracking to achieve the optimal dead band frequency tracking system based on digital signal processing UC3875. Finally, hardware and software implementation schemes are provided.
(3) Research the method of controlling power through uncontrolled rectification and chopper, convert power control into control of BUCK converter, determine closed-loop control scheme, and introduce fuzzy control into the control algorithm of the closed-loop control system for specific problems. Provide implementation scheme and software flowchart.
(4) Study the principle of matching the circuit between ultrasonic power supply and ultrasonic transducer, design the main power high-frequency transformer and matching inductor.
(5) Study the driving circuit and protection circuit in ultrasonic power supply, determine the scheme of the driving circuit and the implementation method of the protection circuit.
(6) According to the design results, trial produce the circuit, test the experimental results, and verify the design.
