1800W 28KHZ Industrial Ultrasonic Power Generator For Ultrasonic Cleaning System
Category:Company news
The power supply of high-power industrial ultrasonic cleaning generator has analyzed and designed the hardware circuit, signal source circuit, PWM drive circuit, acceleration circuit, inverter circuit, boost circuit, current sampling circuit, and software program part used in the system. To address the drift of resonance points when multiple transducers are connected in parallel, impedance analysis has been conducted on the equivalent model of ultrasonic transducers, The parallel resonance frequency of six 50W ultrasonic transducers is determined to be 216KHz. Finally, after software system simulation test, the PCB board is designed, welded and debugged according to the wiring rules of the PCB board diagram. After testing, the output signal frequency of the signal source circuit is 216KHz, the Dead time is greater than 58ns, the duty cycle is the same, and the phase is complementary; The peak voltage at both ends of the ultrasonic transducer is 245V, and the "sizzling" sound during normal operation of the transducer can be clearly heard
In the process of high-power industrial ultrasonic cleaning generator power supply experiment, in order to further explore the optimal ultrasound power density for cell tissue processing, a signal acquisition and processing circuit was designed as the core feedback circuit of the system, which amplifies, filters, discretizes, and processes the collected cavitation signals. The complex sound field contains signals such as fundamental frequency, subharmonics, high-order harmonics, and continuous noise. Relevant studies have shown that as the power density increases, The subharmonic signal will not be submerged by the background signal, so the subharmonic detection method is used to detect the cavitation state. However, the traditional subharmonic detection method is carried out in stable or transient cavitation states with high ultrasonic power density.
The high-power industrial ultrasonic cleaning generator power supply is a critical cavitation area where the ultrasonic power density is much lower than the stable cavitation area. When using traditional subharmonic detection methods to detect this area, the amplitude of a single subharmonic signal becomes unstable and insufficient to characterize the cavitation state of the area. Therefore, based on the traditional subharmonic detection method, this article uses multiple subharmonic signals as feature vectors, Under the corresponding parameters, a new combined feature vector is formed to characterize the cavitation state of the critical cavitation region. Finally, using the K-Means clustering partitioning idea, multiple subharmonic signals in different states are clustered and analyzed, and the optimal tissue processing ultrasound power density value is 1.05W/cm2. It is fed back to the signal source circuit to adjust the output power, achieving the goal of quickly producing high-quality pathological tissue slices in the optimal state
