The power amplification module serves as the heart of the driving circuit, responsible for converting weak electrical signals into energy sufficient to drive the transducer to generate high-intensity ultrasound waves. To ensure the efficiency and stability of this conversion process, we have adopted advanced MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) arrays, which provide continuous power support for the ultrasonic generator with their low internal resistance, high switching speed, and good thermal stability.

The frequency control unit is the intelligent brain of the entire system, which precisely controls the frequency of ultrasound through precise oscillation circuits and feedback mechanisms to meet the needs of different application scenarios. For example, in the cleaning industry, low-frequency ultrasound is more suitable for removing stubborn dirt on the surface of large objects; In the medical field, high-frequency ultrasound is widely used for imaging and treatment due to its better penetration and focusing properties. Therefore, our design incorporates a programmable logic controller (PLC) or microprocessor to achieve fast frequency adjustment and precise setting.
