When delving deeper into the working principle of piezoelectric transducers, we found that the piezoelectric effect enables the transducer to convert electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy at specific frequencies, which can generate cavitation effects in liquids and achieve cleaning purposes. Based on this electrical characteristic, we constructed an equivalent circuit model and accurately described the working characteristics of the transducer in resonant state through impedance analysis, providing a solid theoretical basis for subsequent frequency tracking schemes.
To ensure stable and efficient operation of the system, we choose the series resonant frequency of the transducer as the operating frequency of the system. On this basis, we compared the matching effects of various circuits, and after rigorous analysis and experimental verification, we finally determined the LC matching circuit as the matching circuit of the system. This choice not only ensures the efficient operation of the system, but also improves the stability and reliability of the power generator, injecting new vitality into the development of ultrasonic cleaning technology.
