The ultrasonic cleaning power generator is one of the core equipment for achieving ultrasonic cleaning.
The ultrasonic cleaning power generator generates cavitation effect in the cleaning tank through specific frequency ultrasonic vibration, which strongly washes the surface of the cleaned part, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning. Specifically, the ultrasonic cleaning power generator consists of two parts: an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency electrical signals, drives the ultrasonic transducer to generate mechanical vibration, and then transmits the mechanical vibration to the cleaning solution, causing the cleaning solution to produce ultrasonic vibration. During the cleaning process, ultrasonic vibration causes small bubbles to form inside the cleaning solution and rapidly rupture, producing a strong impact force that washes the surface of the cleaned part, thereby achieving the cleaning effect.
