1200W 28khz-40khz Ultrasonic Signal Generator for cleaning equipment

Ultrasonic generator to generate a specific frequency signal, which can be sinusoidal signal or pulse signal. This specific frequency is the working frequency of the transducer. The ultrasonic frequency commonly used by ultrasonic equipment is 20kHz, 25kHz, 28kHz, 33khz, 40KHz, 60KHZ, 80kHz, 100kHz or above, which has not been widely used.

The control box adopts other exciting circuit under the control of microcomputer, automatic frequency tracking and frequency scanning working mode and other advanced technologies. Compared with the traditional control box, it has stable and reliable operation, continuous and adjustable ultrasonic power, and can give full play to the potential of the transducer. Automatic tracking of working frequency enables better output matching, stronger power and higher efficiency. The unique frequency sweeping working mode makes the cleaning fluid form a small reflux under the action of frequency sweeping, and timely take the dirt stripped by ultrasound away from the workpiece surface, so as to achieve faster and more thorough cleaning effect and higher ultrasonic cleaning efficiency. At the same time, it has perfect protection.
